Jr Customer Service Assistant (Entry Level / No Experience Required)

Are you organized and eager to help customers navigate their inquiries and service needs? We are actively seeking a Jr Customer Service Assistant to support our customer service operations. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are new to the workforce and ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle live chat interactions with customers to address queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims.
• Log in to our chat system at the start of your shift and manage customer interactions efficiently.
• Log out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed.

Position Details:

• Rate: $35 per hour.
• Requirements: Must have access to a computer or mobile device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Must be able to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and commit to at least 5 hours per week. A reliable internet connectivity is a must.
• Location: This is a fully remote position, welcoming applicants from around the globe, with a preference for those in the United States.
