Pro Fee & Pro Clinic Medical Coders to join our remote coding team. In this
work-from-home position, you will review and code professional fee and clinic services accurately using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding standards. This role is ideal for detail-oriented certified coders seeking a flexible, remote opportunity to support revenue cycle management for healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign accurate codes for professional fee (pro fee) and clinic services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, payer policies, and coding guidelines.
- Review medical records and documentation to validate coding accuracy.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as established by the organization.
Qualifications
- Current coding certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in professional fee or clinic coding.
- Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Familiarity with coding software and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
