About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Medical Director to lead Real-World Evidence (RWE) clinical trial initiatives. In this remote role, you will provide medical and scientific expertise across clinical trial programs, ensuring their design, execution, and outcomes align with company goals and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, a deep understanding of RWE, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in evidence generation.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the medical and scientific aspects of RWE clinical trial programs.
Provide guidance on trial design, protocol development, and evidence generation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including investigators and regulatory bodies.
Review and interpret trial data, offering clinical insights to support outcomes and publications.
Serve as a key liaison for medical communications and clinical development strategies.
Support business development initiatives by presenting RWE capabilities to potential partners.




Qualifications

MD or equivalent medical degree with licensure in good standing.
Extensive experience in clinical trials, with a focus on RWE or observational studies.
Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, including FDA, EMA, and ICH.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to synthesize complex clinical data and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is preferred.
