In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and chat, answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with product or service inquiries. As a fully remote position, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of a dynamic and customer-focused team. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
