Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and clear interpretation services between English and the target language (both verbal and written).

- Listen to, understand, and interpret conversations to ensure all parties fully comprehend the exchange.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interpreting assignments.
- Accurately document interpreting sessions in compliance with company guidelines.

- Manage multiple interpretation calls efficiently while delivering high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, French, Arabic, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent listening, comprehension, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in interpreting conversations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience as an interpreter is a plus but not required – we provide training for the right candidates.
