  • Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid search, social media, and content marketing.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and optimize lead nurturing programs to convert prospects into high-quality sales leads.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels, using data insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • SEO & SEM: Drive organic and paid search strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate inbound traffic.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop engaging assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Implement A/B tests to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion rates, ensuring continuous improvement of marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging insights to inform strategy.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven track record in managing paid media, email marketing, SEO, and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
