Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Online Coaches for Adults with Disabilities. In this part-time, remote role, you will provide guidance, encouragement, and personalized support to individuals seeking to enhance their life skills, independence, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with clients to develop and achieve personal goals, such as improving daily living skills, communication, or job readiness.
Conduct virtual coaching sessions using video conferencing and other online tools.
Create tailored plans to support individual needs, celebrating progress and addressing challenges.
Maintain clear and accurate records of sessions and communicate updates to the program coordinator.
Foster an empowering and inclusive environment that respects each client's unique abilities and aspirations.

Qualifications:

Experience in education, social work, coaching, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and digital tools for remote work.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
Passion for helping individuals with disabilities achieve their goals.
