Key Responsibilities:

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in tools and methodologies for cultural assessment and transformation.
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience working in diverse, global environments with a sensitivity to cultural nuances.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a remote, part-time setting.
