We’re seeking a passionate Android Developer or Team Lead who can design, develop, and maintain robust mobile applications. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is excited about taking ownership of end-to-end app development and mentorship.

• Develop, test, and deploy advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java
• Lead a small team of Android developers, providing guidance and code reviews
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers
• Optimize apps for performance, scalability, and user experience
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Integrate third-party APIs and services efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of Android development experience
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Java
• Strong knowledge of Android SDKs, Jetpack libraries, and MVVM architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Experience using tools like Android Studio, Git, and Firebase
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in a remote team environment
