About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Creative Director with a copywriting edge — a master of B2B storytelling who can craft bold, engaging narratives for social and digital channels. As a key creative leader on our marketing team, you’ll shape the voice of global brands, guiding the development of original, scroll-stopping content strategies that connect with professionals across industries.

This is a temporary role ideal for a creative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex messaging challenges, and knows how to make B2B content anything but boring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the copy and content vision for B2B social campaigns and digital brand experiences.
  • Translate marketing goals and product features into engaging, human-centered messaging.
  • Partner with art directors, strategists, and account teams to develop campaigns that are strategically sound and creatively inspiring.
  • Write and edit punchy, platform-optimized copy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and emerging channels.
  • Present and sell in ideas to internal stakeholders and client partners with clarity and creative conviction.
  • Mentor and manage freelance copywriters and junior talent on a project basis.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Bring fresh, innovative thinking to every touchpoint — from campaign headlines to micro-copy.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of experience in copywriting and creative direction, preferably in B2B or tech-focused agencies or in-house teams.
  • Proven track record of leading successful social and digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and writing skills — you can make complex ideas clear, catchy, and compelling.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how to write native content for each.
  • Experience managing multiple creative projects with tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams and using tools like Slack, Google Docs, and Figma.
  • A portfolio that showcases smart, effective, and inventive B2B content.
