We’re looking for an Intermediate Backend Engineer with a passion for designing robust APIs and architecting data platforms that scale. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of key backend systems, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help evolve our infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making and seamless platform performance.

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services
- Develop data pipelines, storage solutions, and integrations with internal and third-party services
- Optimize platform performance and scalability across services
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and data teams to bring new features to life
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code
📌 Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in backend software development
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience working with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
- Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and testing methodologies
