USA Winzons is hiring a Cruise Planner to help clients book customized cruise vacations, provide expert recommendations, and manage the details from start to finish.
This is a remote position with flexible hours — perfect for someone who enjoys working from home while helping others explore the world!
🛳️ Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in planning and booking cruise vacations
- Offer personalized travel advice based on client preferences and budget
- Coordinate cruise itineraries, excursions, dining packages, and more
- Stay up-to-date on cruise line promotions, deals, and policies
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, or live chat
- Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth experiences
✅ Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Tourism a plus)
- Strong interest in cruise travel and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn booking software
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for planning
💡 Preferred:
- Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service
- Familiarity with major cruise lines (Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, etc.)
