USA Winzons is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Project Director to lead a federally focused initiative centered on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (JJDP) compliance and performance audit support. This role is crucial for ensuring states, territories, and local governments align with the core protections of the JJDP Act and federal grant expectations.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of a national compliance and performance audit support project.
  • Lead a team of analysts, auditors, and field specialists in evaluating juvenile justice systems for compliance with JJDP Act requirements.
  • Liaise with state-level juvenile justice agencies, the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), and federal grant stakeholders.
  • Develop methodologies for audit assessments, performance metrics, and technical assistance strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports, compliance documentation, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project goals, budget management, and contractual obligations.
