In this fully remote role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our data is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals—empowering smarter decisions across hiring, logistics, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate datasets for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and business relevance
- Develop validation protocols to ensure high data quality across platforms
- Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to interpret key findings
- Prepare reports that summarize data accuracy, risks, and improvement areas
- Monitor ongoing data flows and flag anomalies or gaps in real-time
- Maintain documentation and help enforce data governance standards
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data validation, QA, or evaluation roles
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, quality-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and coordinating improvements
- Experience working in remote or cross-functional environments is a plus
