USA Winzons is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Information Analysis Coordinator to manage and streamline the flow of business-critical data across teams. In this fully remote role, you’ll support the coordination of analytics projects, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely delivery of insights to drive smarter decision-making across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection, verification, and delivery of internal data reports
- Assist analysts in preparing dashboards, summaries, and performance updates
- Act as a liaison between data teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Maintain documentation and ensure consistency in data definitions and usage
- Monitor key information flows and escalate discrepancies or delays
- Support project timelines and ensure reporting outputs are delivered on schedule
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data coordination, reporting, or business support roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Experience working remotely or across distributed teams is a plus
