In this fully remote role, you’ll help leadership stay ahead of trends by providing insightful forecasts and proactive recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and internal business patterns
- Conduct forecasting analysis using historical data and predictive models
- Build dashboards and reports that highlight upcoming shifts and risks
- Collaborate with teams to align business planning with forecast insights
- Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize forecasted data
- Ensure forecasting models remain updated, accurate, and actionable
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, market analysis, or data modeling
- Proficient in statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data visualization
- Excellent communication skills to present predictions and business implications
- Experience working remotely and independently across virtual teams is a plus
