- Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, R, or SAS
- Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and quality teams to support projects related to care management, risk adjustment, utilization review, and patient outcomes
- Assist in complying with regulatory and accreditation reporting (e.g., HEDIS, CMS, NCQA, HIPAA)
- Document data definitions, data flows, and analysis protocols
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in health informatics, healthcare analytics, or data analysis
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with EHR systems or healthcare data models (OMOP, PCORnet, etc.)

- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
