Key Responsibilities:
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research using internal and external data sources
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support recruitment, logistics, and business strategy
- Collect and clean data from surveys, databases, and public sources

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Market Research, Economics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a research or data analysis role
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data research techniques
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and written communication skills
- Experience working remotely or in cross-functional virtual teams is a plus
