USA Winzons is seeking an organized and data-savvy Analytics & Reporting Coordinator to support reporting operations and data-driven initiatives across departments. In this fully remote role, you will manage recurring reports, coordinate analytics tasks, and ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely insights that fuel decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple departments
- Develop and maintain dashboards, charts, and performance summaries
- Assist with data cleaning, validation, and formatting for reporting accuracy
- Collaborate with analysts and team leads to ensure key metrics are aligned with business goals
- Help automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows
- Provide administrative support for analytics tools, access, and documentation
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting coordination, or data operations
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across remote teams
