USA Winzons is seeking a highly organized and operations-focused Shipping & Logistics Control Manager to lead and monitor shipping workflows, carrier performance, and end-to-end logistics operations across our remote-first network. In this role, you’ll ensure timely, cost-efficient, and accurate deliveries while managing the systems and teams behind our nationwide shipping infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee outbound and inbound shipping operations across all fulfillment zones
- Manage carrier relationships and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Monitor real-time shipping data and resolve delivery or logistics issues
- Implement and enforce shipping controls, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Track and analyze key metrics (transit times, shipping costs, order accuracy)
- Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service teams for seamless flow
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
- 4+ years of experience in shipping or logistics control roles
- Strong understanding of TMS, WMS, and order management systems
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and vendor management skills
- Previous experience in a remote logistics environment is preferred
