USA Winzons is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Manager to lead fulfillment operations within our growing Logistics Division. In this fully remote role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate order processing, oversee warehouse coordination, and streamline shipping workflows across our nationwide distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, from order receipt to delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, 3PL providers, and shipping partners
- Monitor daily order flow, ensuring accuracy, packaging quality, and on-time dispatch
- Resolve delays or fulfillment issues and implement continuous improvements
- Track fulfillment KPIs (order accuracy, ship time, delivery rate) and report performance
- Collaborate with inventory, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of experience in order fulfillment or logistics operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping platforms
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing or supporting fulfillment in a remote setup is a plus
