USA Winzons is hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Inventory Movement & Distribution to lead and optimize the flow of goods across our remote-first logistics network. This role involves managing inventory transitions between warehouses, overseeing distribution processes, and ensuring timely, cost-effective order fulfillment across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of inventory transfers and distribution routes
- Manage relationships with warehouse teams, 3PLs, and carriers
- Ensure real-time accuracy of stock movement across multiple hubs and systems
- Analyze data to optimize routes, inventory placement, and cost efficiency
- Resolve delays, shortages, and logistics issues with speed and accuracy
- Report on inventory turnover, transit performance, and warehouse coordination
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in inventory and distribution management
- Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills
- Experience managing logistics remotely is a strong advantage
