USA Winzons is seeking a highly analytical and detail-focused Distribution Planning Manager to lead the forecasting, scheduling, and optimization of our nationwide distribution operations. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for balancing demand with supply, improving service levels, and driving data-driven distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term distribution plans based on order volume, inventory levels, and delivery capacity
- Coordinate with fulfillment centers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution
- Analyze data to forecast shipping needs, spot bottlenecks, and improve efficiency
- Create and manage planning models to support network scalability
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to align planning with company goals
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in distribution planning or logistics coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in planning software, Excel, and logistics management platforms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage remote coordination
