USA Winzons is hiring an organized and detail-focused Inventory & Shipping Operations Manager to oversee inventory accuracy and shipping efficiency across our fulfillment network. In this fully remote position, you’ll manage real-time inventory systems, lead outbound logistics processes, and ensure smooth coordination between warehouses, carriers, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across multiple virtual and physical locations
- Coordinate and optimize daily shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Lead remote inventory control staff and logistics support teams
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping issues
- Ensure accuracy in stock reporting, order fulfillment, and carrier tracking
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory management and shipping/logistics operations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems, shipping platforms, and spreadsheets
- Experience managing logistics in a remote or distributed setup
