About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Consultant in Analytics with a dual focus on Data Science and Data Engineering. In this hybrid role, you will lead client-facing data initiatives from end to end — from developing robust pipelines and infrastructure to delivering advanced machine learning models and analytical solutions. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working on high-impact business problems across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Science Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced statistical models, predictive algorithms, and machine learning solutions to address client needs
  • Translate business questions into analytical hypotheses and models
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and validation using Python, R, or equivalent tools
  • Communicate insights, results, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Data Engineering Responsibilities:

  • Architect and build scalable, efficient, and secure data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using tools like dbt, Airflow, or equivalent
  • Develop and manage data lakes and warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, and integrity across multiple systems and environments
  • Support data ingestion from APIs, third-party platforms, and real-time data streams

Client-Facing & Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on analytics strategy, tooling, and implementation
  • Lead client workshops, deliverables, and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, marketing, finance, operations)
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in a combined data science/data engineering role
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and a modern data stack (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, etc.)
  • Strong experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with consulting or client-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
  • Exposure to industry-specific analytics (finance, retail, healthcare, or manufacturing)
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control, and collaborative coding (e.g., Git, Docker)
  • Certifications in cloud/data technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses
  • Exposure to a wide range of clients, industries, and technologies
  • Remote-first, flexible work environment
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, wellness)
  • Training budgets and continuous learning opportunities
  • High-impact role with clear growth and leadership pathways
