USA Winzons is seeking a highly organized and proactive Distribution Flow Supervisor to manage the movement of goods across distribution channels. In this fully remote role, you’ll coordinate order flow, monitor distribution timelines, and ensure seamless operations between fulfillment centers, transportation teams, and inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily distribution workflows from order release to final dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, shipping partners, and logistics managers
- Maintain real-time visibility of inventory movement and order status
- Monitor distribution KPIs such as accuracy, timeliness, and volume flow
- Troubleshoot flow issues and implement process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and client requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution supervision or logistics coordination
- Familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and flow tracking tools
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and monitor operations remotely across multiple teams
