USA Winzons is hiring a proactive and process-driven Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations Leader to manage nationwide fulfillment and inventory operations remotely. You’ll lead distributed teams, streamline logistics, and ensure fast, accurate delivery performance across all active fulfillment locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple sites
- Manage and coordinate remote and on-site logistics teams
- Monitor inventory, shipping timelines, and order accuracy using WMS tools
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement performance improvements
- Ensure operational compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Report on KPIs and develop strategies to reduce costs and maximize throughput
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing warehouse or fulfillment operations
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and logistics tech platforms
- Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills
