  • Manage and optimize data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Maintain data quality through validation, monitoring, and governance best practices
  • Support and automate reporting and dashboard solutions in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Contribute to data architecture decisions and advocate for best practices in code, documentation, and data standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence development
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building dimensional data models for reporting
  • Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting language) for data transformation and automation
  • Experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehouse technologies
  • Understanding of analytics use cases and a desire to enable better data decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Git, CI/CD workflows, and collaborative development environments
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance best practices
  • Exposure to data cataloging, lineage tracking, and observability tools (e.g., Monte Carlo, DataHub)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and performance bonuses
  • Remote-first or hybrid work flexibility
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
