In this fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for managing client portfolios, strengthening partnerships, and driving strategic account performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients in the San Jose area
- Develop and implement account strategies that support long-term success
- Conduct regular virtual check-ins and performance reviews with key stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, value-driven client experiences
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business account management or B2B client services
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow accounts in a remote environment
- Proficient in CRM tools and virtual collaboration platforms
