Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning for key client accounts in the San Jose area
- Collaborate with clients to define success metrics, roadmaps, and engagement plans
- Conduct virtual check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on account performance and goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, or consulting
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and client relationship skills
- Ability to lead and influence in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM and remote collaboration tools
