In this fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, delivering measurable value, and driving long-term account success for a portfolio of high-impact clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior point of contact for major clients in San Jose
- Build tailored success plans aligned with client goals and business outcomes
- Conduct virtual check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling, renewals, and expanded engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver proactive support
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in client success, enterprise account management, or consulting
- Proven track record of driving client growth and satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote-first work tools
