This remote role requires a dynamic leader with deep experience in account management, client strategy, and enterprise relationship development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and grow high-value client partnerships in the San Jose area
- Serve as a trusted executive liaison for major enterprise accounts
- Develop long-term account strategies focused on retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Lead virtual executive briefings, quarterly business reviews, and success planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure top-tier service delivery and innovation
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing major or enterprise client accounts
- Proven success in relationship management, strategic planning, and upsell leadership
- Executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
