USA Winzons is hiring a skilled and strategic Account Lead to manage and expand relationships with key clients in the San Jose region. In this fully remote role, you will oversee client strategy, drive growth initiatives, and ensure service excellence across a portfolio of high-value accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage strategic client relationships in the San Jose region
- Develop and implement custom account strategies to drive retention and expansion
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
- Monitor account performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive resolution
- Lead virtual client check-ins, reviews, and success planning sessions
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years in strategic account management, client success, or enterprise sales
- Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts remotely
- Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
