USA Winzons is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Strategic Accounts Partner to manage and grow high-value client relationships in the San Jose region. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with strategic clients in San Jose
- Develop custom account strategies focused on retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Act as the central liaison between clients and internal teams (sales, support, product)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client value
- Monitor account performance and lead regular virtual business reviews
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in account management or client partnership roles
- Strong communication, analytical, and consultative selling skills
- Proven success with enterprise-level or strategic accounts
- Self-motivated and experienced in remote client engagement
