USA Winzons is seeking an experienced and growth-focused Regional Business Account Leader to manage and expand strategic client relationships across the San Jose region. In this remote role, you’ll take ownership of a regional account portfolio, drive client satisfaction, and lead initiatives that promote business growth and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional business accounts and act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Develop and execute account strategies tailored to regional market needs
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, renewals, and service expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and solution delivery
- Monitor account performance, identify improvement areas, and report on results
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client partnerships, or business leadership
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple accounts remotely
- Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
