Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual support for customer checkouts, refunds, and payment questions
- Assist with real-time coordination between customers and in-store cashier teams
- Address service inquiries related to billing, receipts, or returns
- Maintain accurate digital records of all customer service and transaction interactions
- Uphold ZARA’s guest service standards through clear and courteous communication
Ideal Candidate:
