About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic and technically skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. This role is ideal for a data expert who can go beyond reporting — delivering insights that shape business strategy, drive operational improvements, and influence key decisions. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in product, marketing, operations, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analysis projects from scoping to delivery, including identifying business needs, structuring analyses, and communicating findings
- Translate complex data sets into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations
- Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards and KPIs for multiple business units
- Collaborate with data engineers to improve data infrastructure, pipelines, and governance
- Mentor junior analysts and set standards for data quality and analytical best practices
- Perform deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, product performance, market trends, and operational efficiency
- Work with large datasets using advanced SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- Expert in SQL and strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience in industries such as tech, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or consulting
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, or predictive analytics
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
