Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote assistance to in-store cashier teams for transactions and payment troubleshooting
- Help customers with billing concerns, refunds, and order confirmations via chat or email
- Coordinate real-time with ZARA’s store staff to verify payment status and issue resolutions
- Maintain digital records of customer receipts and transaction histories
