About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our Wealth Management client acquisition efforts. This senior executive will be instrumental in scaling our private client base, deepening institutional relationships, and driving top-line growth in high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead nationwide sales strategy for individual and institutional wealth clients
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers and advisors
  • Develop scalable client acquisition strategies for HNW/UHNW prospects
  • Drive growth through channels such as family offices, RIAs, CPAs, attorneys, and referral networks
  • Partner with marketing and investment teams to deliver a compelling client experience
  • Set and exceed quarterly sales targets and pipeline KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and other relevant regulatory bodies
  • Represent the firm at key conferences, private wealth events, and roadshows

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services sales
  • Proven track record of building sales pipelines and closing large private client accounts
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, portfolio management, tax planning, and estate strategies
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) required; CFP or CFA preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence

Preferred:

  • Experience working at a multi-family office, RIA, or private bank
  • Existing network of HNW/UHNW clients and centers of influence (COIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Wealthbox
