About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring a driven and enthusiastic US IT Technical Recruiter to support staffing for top-tier U.S.-based clients. In this fully remote, night-shift role, you will source, screen, and submit qualified technical candidates for a range of contract and full-time roles across IT, engineering, and digital domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and Boolean search
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate technical fit
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and feedback loop
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates across multiple tech domains (Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation in ATS systems
- Collaborate with account managers to meet client hiring goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in U.S. IT staffing or technical recruitment
- Knowledge of U.S. tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visas (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.), and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and screening experience with technical roles
- Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly submission targets
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (EST or PST coverage)
Preferred:
- Experience working with implementation partners, system integrators, or MSP/VMS platforms
- Familiarity with ATS tools like JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, or Zoho Recruit
- High-volume hiring experience or proven track record of successful closures
