About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring a results-driven Account Executive to drive sales growth across North America. As part of our global remote sales team, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while helping businesses find tailored digital solutions that fit their needs.
This is a fully remote, quota-based sales role with high earning potential and flexibility for self-starters passionate about relationship-building and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close inbound and outbound sales opportunities in North America
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospects via Zoom or phone
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage your own sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track and report sales activity
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and onboarding teams to support clients post-sale
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven success in sales or business development
- Excellent spoken and written English (North American fluency preferred)
- Experience with virtual sales, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms
- Ability to work independently and handle the full sales cycle
- Willingness to work in North American business hours
Preferred:
- Prior experience selling SaaS, tech services, or digital marketing products
- Familiarity with U.S. or Canadian markets and B2B buyer behavior
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
