About the Role:
USA Winzons is seeking entry-level Technical Support Specialists to join our remote support team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll help troubleshoot basic tech issues for users worldwide—no degree or previous tech experience needed. We provide full training!

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming technical support queries via chat, email, or phone
- Assist users with troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or product teams
- Document all support interactions using help desk software
- Follow standard operating procedures and support scripts
Who Can Apply:
- Anyone with strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Problem-solver with basic computer knowledge (Windows/Mac, browsers, Wi-Fi)
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM preferred
- Must own a laptop/PC and have a reliable internet connection
- Willingness to work night or rotational shifts (global support hours)
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Prior exposure to help desk tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)
- Interest in learning IT troubleshooting and tech platforms
- Familiarity with smartphones, apps, and common tech usage
