About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring experienced and compassionate Service Team Agents to support our growing telehealth operations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients across the US, helping them with appointment scheduling, account queries, and general support via phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding telehealth services
- Assist with appointment bookings, prescription refills, follow-up queries, and portal support
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure HIPAA-compliant service delivery
- Document interactions in EMR/CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with care coordinators, doctors, and pharmacy support teams as needed
Eligibility:
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or medical call center environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiarity with EMR tools, call center CRMs, or healthcare support platforms
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones) and rotating weekends
- Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection and headset
Preferred:
- Background in healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, or medical administration
- Experience working with US-based healthcare clients
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy best practices
