About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring friendly and tech-savvy individuals to join our remote customer support team as Chat Support Agents. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for anyone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable typing quickly and clearly, and wants to build a career from home in a global company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email platforms
- Assist with product questions, order tracking, account issues, and general support
- Escalate technical problems or complex requests to the appropriate departments
- Follow internal scripts, documentation, and brand tone guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Eligibility:
- Fluent English writing and comprehension skills
- Typing speed of at least 35–40 words per minute
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Reliable laptop/desktop with strong internet connection
- Able to work in rotating shifts (including weekends, if needed)
Preferred (but not required):
- Prior experience in customer support, chat, or email handling
- Familiarity with help desk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Comfortable handling multiple chat sessions at once
