About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote finance team in India. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices and payments, and supporting monthly reporting tasks for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledgers
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliations
- Process invoices and vendor payments using accounting software
- Maintain financial documentation and support audit processes
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Work closely with accountants and finance teams to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Tally
- Good knowledge of journal entries, GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet remote deadlines
- Stable internet connection and laptop/PC setup
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Experience with US/UK-based clients is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero)
