About the Role:
USA Winzons is looking for a culturally aware and Thai-fluent Community Specialist to support our digital engagement efforts for Thailand—while working remotely from India. In this role, you’ll help build brand trust, drive user engagement, and create meaningful connections with the Thai-speaking community online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow online communities across Thai social platforms (Facebook, LINE, Instagram, etc.)
- Respond to user queries, comments, and feedback in Thai with professionalism and empathy
- Localize marketing content for cultural and language accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to launch region-specific campaigns
- Monitor community health and report trends, issues, and engagement metrics
- Organize and moderate virtual events or giveaways tailored to the Thai audience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Thai (native or near-native) and strong written communication skills in English
- Based in India with flexible hours to support Thai time zone interactions
- 2–4 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement
- Deep understanding of Thai culture, digital behaviors, and online etiquette
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
Preferred:
- Prior experience in B2C or mobile/web app communities
- Familiarity with community moderation tools and user safety best practices
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) or short video editing (a plus)
