About the Role:
USA Winzons is seeking an accomplished and driven Director of Sales – Club & Mass to lead our retail channel strategy and execution across major mass-market and club store retailers. You will be responsible for developing and scaling sales initiatives with key accounts such as Walmart, Costco, Target, Sam’s Club, Big Bazaar, Reliance Retail, and similar large-format retail chains.

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with strong experience navigating the dynamics of both US and/or Indian retail environments, who is ready to drive high-volume growth through data-led planning and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the P&L, growth targets, and long-term account strategies for mass and club channels
  • Build and manage relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and merchandising partners
  • Lead contract negotiations, promotional planning, and pricing strategy
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain to optimize sales forecasts and retail performance
  • Monitor sell-in/sell-through performance and develop corrective actions as needed
  • Hire, lead, and mentor the sales team focused on club and mass channels
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasting and provide leadership with insights into channel performance

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in club/mass retail (CPG, FMCG, or consumer electronics preferred)
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products through large-format retailers
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, POS data, and retail analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Preferred:

  • Experience working with both Indian and US retail markets
  • Familiarity with EDI, trade promotions, and retailer compliance
  • Existing network with key buyers or decision-makers at club/mass accounts
