About the Role:
USA Winzons is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director to lead and expand our strategic partnerships with Indian Global System Integrators (GSIs). In this senior role, you will own the end-to-end relationship with top-tier GSIs (e.g., TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, HCL) to co-develop go-to-market strategies, align solution offerings, and accelerate joint customer success.

You will play a critical role in building Winzons’ presence across India and global markets through a high-impact partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the GSI partnership strategy across India and global accounts
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at top GSIs
  • Align Winzons’ solutions with GSI go-to-market priorities and delivery capabilities
  • Lead co-selling motions, strategic account planning, and joint pipeline development
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with performance objectives
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to enable GSI success
  • Track partnership KPIs, revenue contribution, and forecast performance growth

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, channel partnerships, or strategic alliances
  • 5+ years specifically managing GSI or large partner ecosystems in India
  • Strong network and proven relationships within leading Indian GSIs
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or B2B tech solutions
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive partner-led sales growth
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent business leadership training
  • Experience working across global markets and time zones
  • Background in scaling startup partnerships or high-growth tech ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, AWS, or Google partner programs is a plus
