About the Role:
USA Winzons is hiring Virtual Customer Service Associates to join our international voice support team. This is a fully remote position where you’ll assist global customers with queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across multiple communication channels. Whether you’re a fresher or have previous BPO/voice experience, this role offers you a stable, work-from-home opportunity with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US, UK, etc.)
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance regarding products, orders, or services
- Troubleshoot basic technical and service-related issues with professionalism
- Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved cases when necessary
- Meet daily performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and CSAT
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of customer service or voice support experience
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
- Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection (min 25 Mbps)
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts and weekends
Preferred:
- Prior experience in an international voice process or BPO
- Graduation in any stream (12th pass may be considered with experience)
- Familiarity with remote work tools like Zoom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
