About the Role:
USA Winzons is looking for a proactive and driven US IT Recruiter to join our remote hiring team in India. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating technical interviews. This role requires strong communication skills and familiarity with the US job market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for IT roles using job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct initial interviews and assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate client interviews, follow-ups, and documentation
- Negotiate rates and close candidates for contract and full-time roles
- Maintain candidate database and submit regular pipeline reports
- Stay updated with US hiring trends, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills and Boolean search expertise
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Familiarity with US time zones, work culture, and hiring standards
- Comfortable working night shifts (US EST/CST)
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with US staffing firms or consulting agencies
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL)
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
